Men need to learn how to be men. Regardless of gender, those are simple tasks, and everyone should learn the skills.

I don't expect my partner to physically do these things on their own if they don't have the skill set. However I would expect they could help find someone to repair things that needed fixing. It's still his home too, and homes need maintenance!!
